For 7 to12-year-olds we offer a fun group training session on Tuesday afternoons that is focused on bike handing and group riding skills.
For 13 to 16-year-olds we offer Tuesday and Thursday afternoon training sessions that include bike handing and group riding skills and aim to build fitness and race craft also.

There are also plenty of opportunities to have a go at bike racing throughout the term when your child is ready.
