Also, fantastic ride by Jeremy Mahoney. He didn't get to mount the steps, but proved himself a very tough competitor.
Further to the race results, Dan Wilson earned himself the overall QCRS Leader's Jersey for Masters A; finishing atop the leaderboard with 3 x s and a race win on Sunday!
Tsen Ren Bao and Jordan Mann also had a fantastic series, finishing 3rd overall in Elite B and Elite C, respectively. Ren finished the series with a, 16th, 13th, and 4th, while Jordan chalked up a, 16th, 4th, and 5th. Congratulations, boys. Very well deserved.
Thanks again to Bear Constructions for sponsoring the weekend's racing, AusCycling - Queensland, Gold Coast Cycling Club, the race officials, moto marshals, time keepers and other volunteers for making the weekend's racing possible. The SE QLD cycling community really do appreciate it.
